Withdrawal form

Sending the form: You can fill out the form online, and we will notify you by email upon receipt. You can also send us this withdrawal form by email, fax, or registered mail, with your signature and the date of sending (the date of the mail, email or fax being proof).
Return products: You have a maximum of 14 days after your request for withdrawal to send the products concerned. Returned products must be in original condition, accompanied by their original packaging.
Refunds: Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the products in their original condition.
