Kids of the Wool takes the security of payments and the confidentiality of the information you give us very seriously. For this purpose, the site uses a secure mode of payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which allows the encryption of your banking information during their transmission on the network. Your banking data circulate on the Internet only in encrypted form, i.e. they are coded in such a way as to make them completely unreadable. You can tell that the transmission is encrypted by software when the padlock symbol appears in your browser. When you enter your card number to pay for your purchases, you are actually transmitting your banking information directly to our bank. This information does not pass through any intermediary, not even Kids of the Wool, nor is it stored with our technical provider.
The kids of the Wool boxes and the creative activities proposed on the site are intended for children from 3 years to 7 years. They aim to develop the imagination and to create a manual and playful work that encourages family sharing and leisure time with parents.
In principle, all orders placed before 12:00 are processed the same day. Nevertheless, the time of treatment and preparation of an order can be lengthened according to the articles and last between 2 and 3 working days. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. From there, you can take into account the time frame of the advertised carriers.
According to your choice of delivery: Delivingo, Colissimo, Point Relay you can follow the routing of your package. Then check that the carrier has not left a notice in your mailbox, if this is the case you can go to your post office to retrieve your order with your notice and an ID. However, if you encounter an abnormal situation, please send us an email via our contact form.
In case of delivery of a missing or damaged product, it is necessary to write to us within 5 days by email and by post, enclosing a photograph showing the damaged product. In case of justified request we commit ourselves to replace it by another identical product within the limit of available stocks or to refund you the price of the product. As a reminder, the products are intended for children aged 3 to 7 years and their use is under the responsibility and supervision of an adult.
